(customers support division) is in function in the headquarter office.

during the week days from 9:00 to 18:00.
Besides, one can call free of charge from any cardphone with “Tarlan -
card”, if a calling person does not have the access to a long-distance
call.
Trust line has been created for controlling the quality of our service as
well as for studying the customers’ problems which will help us to improve
the service and reduce the number of complains. Moreover, we will save
our time on solving the problems.
Customers’ calls will be registered by the operators. Further received
information will be sent to the management in charge.
