- the most numerous: both in the number of the participants and number of the attracted trainers (12 specialists);
- the most professional: both in terms of providing information from trainers and perception from your side. Almost all trainers came up to me and said: “Your guys are really fine!” “KLF is an excellent team!”, “You are a good team!” etc. – the most organized seminar: all events and “outside” events were well done, also due to your participation in them. – the most expensive: both regarding trainings and lodging, contest prizes. One more distinctive feature: almost all trainings were aimed at enhancing KLF corporate culture. It is not enough to have excellent professional skills; we should meet the highest organizational cultural standards. Summer training is over, it is high time to think about the following: it is too early to retire on laurels. We should not stop where we are.
