It was caused by the fact that tax returns were not submitted to relevant bodies in time. However, it was for the first time and accidentally. Herewith, the entire amount due was transferred to state budget in full. Yet, such a minor error caused a penalty which exceeds the tax amount paid several times. We can insure ourselves and the organization against unpleasant incidents and errors if we are alert and feel responsibility. This incident is a good lesson learned for all of us, KLF employees.
