Accreditation procedure will allow Association members: - to take part in the development process and accepting regulatory acts in microfinance sphere; - get contemporary true information regarding law-making process. According to the Article 5, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “About private enterprises”, Republican branch unions part of which is AMFOK, which are included into expertise council, prepare expert opinions for regulatory acts of central state bodies.
